Have you checked out the ATXchange lately? We’ve had quite a few items come through in the last couple of months and have facilitated dozens of inquiries and exchanges. ATXchange is a free Craigslist-type website hosted by the Michigan Assistive Technology Program. There are sites like it in every state. Users can post used assistive technology devices for sale or to give away. There is a wide variety of items on the site from power wheelchair and vans with wheelchair lifts to hospital beds. 100% of the users surveyed were satisfied with the website. Recently, we helped a family give away pediatric walkers, pediatric wheelchairs and pediatric recreation devices.
You can also place ads on the site for items that you want.
